Attending our Online Classes

Attending a Core 34 Pilates class online is really simple and easy. We use a platform called Zoom to host our classes - it allows you to clearly see the moves demonstrated, and because it's a two-way video link, the instructor can see how you're getting on and offer all the help and advice you'd get in one of our face-to-face classes.

What Do I Need To Take Part?

All you need is a smartphone, a tablet, or a computer with a webcam. Something with a bigger screen will make it easier to see the moves!

You'll need to download the free app from Zoom to your device before you try and join a class. It's really easy - just click on the link below which corresponds to the type of device you want to use, and follow the simple instructions:

How Do I Take Part?

For each class, we'll send an email well in advance with a link to that week's session.

It'll look something like the one on the right

A couple of minutes before the class is due to start, just click on the link. The app you've already downloaded will start automatically, and you're there! Virtually online with Core 34 Pilates!

What's It Like?

Really easy to use!!

This is what the app looks like (on a laptop):

You don't need to do anything else apart from putting your device somewhere you can see it, and getting on the mat!

There are a few easy-to-use controls on the screen, but the only one you might want to use is the "mute" button, bottom left. Use that if you don't want anyone else to hear what's going on where you are. We'll take care of everything else - including the Pilates!

If you're really curious about what every button does (you don't need to be!) - there's a good detailed guide here.
