If you've been doing Pilates for a long time, and want to really stretch yourself, this is the mat-based class for you.
You'll need a strong core, and plenty of experience of the moves in Pilates, but this class really offers you the chance to achieve "complete coordination of body, mind and spirit", as Joseph Pilates himself wrote.
We offer more challenging progressions, as well as more advanced moves. There's more variety in this class too, with additional small equipment such as the Pilates ring (magic circle), Pilates wheel and spiky massage balls. We might even try some "Reformer on the Mat" techniques.
