COVID-19 UPDATE

We continue to run all of our online classes, but we've now added some in-person classes too.

Some of our normal venues are currently closed due to Covid, but we have started teaching some classes in person at Optimum in Fleet.

The in-person classes are for a maximum of six clients, and follow government guidelines for social distancing and safety. You can read more about this here
