This mat-based class is for people who have completed the beginners course and are looking to do more progressions of the 34 original moves.
There may be different levels in a class, so more progression levels are offered.
We also use various pieces of small equipment such as resistance bands, stott balls, chi balls, foam rollers to add more of a challenge.
