A class of 10 students needs a clear floor area no less than 22m2. Smaller classes require proportionally less space. The room should be quiet and free from disruption for the duration of the class.

What equipment do we need to provide?

Nothing - just a quiet room, with sufficient floor space. Core 34 Pilates provides mats and any other equipment which will be used during the class.
