She's a great teacher, pushing you to do more when she knows you can or giving modifications to allow for injury.

The classes are small and personal and Kim's always on hand to check your posture and make sure you're doing it right! Would definitely recommend anyone to give it a go.

I started attending one of Kim’s classes at Optimum Health a couple of months ago and I can honestly say they are brilliant.

The classes are really friendly and they vary each week which keeps it interesting.

Kim is really encouraging and knows her stuff! She explains why we are doing a certain move and the benefit of it, offering different levels of each move for different abilities. I definitively notice the difference when I haven’t been for a week and would recommend anyone thinking about doing Pilates to contact Kim

I’ve been attending Kim’s classes for about 6 months. The group size is small so Kim is able to give everyone specific guidance and individual help.

Much better than a big class at a gym or sports centre. The lessons are stimulating and varied with new techniques introduced all the time so you’re never bored.

Not only is it a good work out but also a really good way to escape from the outside world. Kim is knowledgeable and very personable. Highly recommended!
